We started life as "The Furniture Doctor" making smaller Items and repairing and renovating furniture for customers, but as the manufacturing side of things started to take off we now advertise and promote ourselves with this web site and under the owners own name.

We are a small Family business with no salesmen or flashy showrooms, so you get value for money in everything that we do.
We are passionate about reclaiming materials and reusing items that would not always get a second chance. We try to source all our materials locally and try to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum. Our reclaimed timber may not always be native to Ireland but all our wood and materials are sourced in Ireland. Any new timber we need to use is Native Irish Timber or locally sourced where possible .

What do we do at CCRF?
We make beautiful handmade, bespoke, reclaimed furniture and many other individual items that would look stunning in your home or as unusual gift ideas .
You can purchase a piece we have already made from our 'Off the Shelf' selection on the website. These sell quickly and we can only make a limited number as each is handcrafted and finished to a high standard.
We would love to build a piece, customised by you, or remake an item to your size, specification and colour choice which we aim to supply to you within as short a time as possible. Just give us a call for our current lead time.

We also carry many pieces of reclaimed pre-made furniture and other Items that we have rescued and repaired that are of a high quality and represent excellent value for money. If you just want a chat and to ask us a question, or just call us for some free advice – we are always happy to help.
Local, Sustainable Affordable & Renewable !
As soon as people hear the word "bespoke" they think expensive! But as a small business with lower overheads sourcing the majority of our materials locally we can give you that special piece of furniture, lovingly handmade for the cost of, in most cases, a mass produced made for the high street model.

We now generate at least 50% of the energy used to create our furniture from Solar energy and hope to increase this to 80% with the installation of storage batteries.
All the stains we use are water based and safe for the environment.
We try where we can to improve what we do year on year to make the business as 'green' as we possibly can
More and more people are recycling and reusing items now than ever before and thats how we came about through a demand for reclaimed furniture that is not only bespoke, unique and beautiful, but also greener, more cost effective and more satisfying to use.
No Job Too Small
As a small family business we are happy to look at the smallest job, from a wall clock or a single bench to a complete dining set. Your business, whatever the size, is valuable to us and greatly appreciated, just give us a call or send us an email we are here to help and advise.
We also offer free local delivery of purchased items, or for distances further afield we can organise a courier service or deliver and install ourselves within Ireland for an agreed additional charge.
